Sherbourne Primary School provides a comprehensive Prep to Grade 6 curriculum offering high quality learning programs throughout the school. Located nineteen kilometres north of the Melbourne CBD in the quiet, treed residential suburb of Briar Hill, the school was established in 1971 and has approximately 220 students. Sherbourne’s facilities consist of modern refurbished classrooms with air conditioning, hall/gym, indoor heated swimming pool, art room, performing arts room, Japanese room, synthetic grass hardcourts, Out of School Hours Care facility, multi media room, library, and junior discovery centre. Extension programs offered at Sherbourne include the da Vinci Program, Tournament of Minds, Gateways programs, and the State School Spectacular.

  • YEAR 3 AND 4 CAMP TO PHILLIP ISLAND

  • PREP BREAKFAST

    On Friday October 28 our Foundation students  came to school in their pyjamas for the annual Prep breakfast. Students enjoyed a healthy breakfast then had the jobs of washing and drying their dishes and getting dressed for the school day. This is a great preparation for school camp in the coming years.

    On Friday November 11 our school Captains. Ruby and Ethan will travel to Watsonia RSL for the Remembrance Day service at 11.00am. They will represent Sherbourne PS and lay a wreath on behalf of our school. As we did in 2015 we will make a wreath using flowers and foliage brought along by our families.
